Jesse James Waluda Esq.

Attorney Jesse James Waluda resides in St. Petersburg, Florida and handles cases throughout the state. He is a current member of the Florida Bar; the Bar of the United States Middle District of Florida, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association and Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2008 and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Troy University in 2002.

Mr. Waluda has a diverse background including aviation maintenance and computer simulations technology. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Waluda worked as a Computer Scientist and Target Vulnerability/Weapons Effectiveness Analyst for Applied Research Associates, Emerald Coast Division in Niceville, Florida. From 1993-2003, Mr. Waluda served in the United States Air Force where he held the distinction of being a 7-level aircraft technician who was privileged enough to have visited over 10 different countries in support of United States and NATO directives. Mr. Waluda became qualified to support numerous airframes while serving both domestically and abroad but spent most of his time supporting squadrons of F-15 Eagles assigned to the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.

While attending law school Mr. Waluda worked for the law firm of Robert M. Geller & Associates where he devoted 100% of his time handling Plaintiff's Personal Injury matters. Since graduating from law school Mr. Waluda has continued to build on the knowledge obtained during past careers and has become very efficient and methodical in pursuing practice areas that he feels especially passionate about including Criminal Defense, Civil Rights, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Science and Technology Law, Aviation Law, and Commercial/Business litigation. Mr. Waluda has experience with all aspects related to pre-trial litigation, jury trial representation and appellate actions.

Mr. Waluda performs pro-bono work in the area of Animal Law and actively supports the SPCA, St. Petersburg Friends of Strays and the Tampa Bay Big Cat Rescue.
